George Senko

An independent consultant for many years, George specializes in guiding individuals and companies through critical growth stages.

Trained as a systems engineer, he thought about the flow of electrons and computer code. After receiving his MBA, he focused on the flow of resources and project schedules. Upon becoming president of an electronics company, he came to appreciate that an enterprise might have the necessary technology, capital and other resources, but that it was the "ecological" flow and dynamics of human energy that were crucial to success.

Since that realization, George spent the last 25 years perfecting his skills as a "human" systems engineer; becoming increasingly adept at "tweaking" personal and corporate systems to the benefit of both.

A seasoned CEO, COO and CFO in previous lives, George brings tremendous insight and understanding gleaned from over 40 years experience in growing technical companies and managing the acquisition and divestiture of multiple corporate holdings.

George holds MBA and MS degrees from UCLA and a BS, Engineering Science degree from the University of Notre Dame. He has also trained extensively in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
